Product Description

  • Established by Shanta and L.G. Parthak in a small shop behind Euston station, Patak's has been supplying Indian pickles, sauces, spices and confectionary since the 1950s. The word bhuna actually refers to the method of cooking rather than the curry itself. A bhuna has spices which have been fried in oil until they form a paste. Patak's version of a bhuna is primarily tomato-based and medium-spiced with intimations of red pepper, cardamom and coriander.

Storage

Best Before End: see lid. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened use immediately.
