• Established by Shanta and L.G. Parthak in a small shop behind Euston station, Patak's has been supplying Indian pickles, sauces, spices and confectionary since the 1950s. The coolest thing on the menu, Raita is a yoghurt-based dip flavoured with mint and cucumber. Perfect with poppadoms.
