Is there a British shop in Grenoble?

Is there a British shop in Grenoble?

Strictly speaking there is no British shop in Grenoble. There is a shop selling largely American and Canadian goods in the cool Championnet sector near Le Club Cinema which is largely drinks-focussed. There is also a small Irish chain store in the city centre (or hypercentre) which, although it appears to be largely a clothes store, actually sells an impressive range of Whiskies as well as a selection of groceries from the British Isles.

For the expats, anglophiles (or caledophiles) and fans of British cuisine, it is possible to receive direct deliveries of British groceries to Grenoble (and much of the surrounding area) from The Trading Post free from any delivery charge. The Trading Post stock over 2000 British, French and International products and deliver direct to the door across the vast majority of Grenoble and many places along the Gresivaudan valley every fortnight. There is no delivery charge whatsoever and deliveries are made by Trading Post drivers in temperature-controlled vans, ensuring you can get everything from frozen back bacon to Linda McCartney vegan sausages, vintage cheddar cheese to halloumi, Cadbury Dairy Milk to Heinz Baked Beans, and Spice Tailor Tikka Masala Curry Kits to authentic Thai Red curry paste simply by ordering online. It’s not quite a British shop in Grenoble, but it’s very convenient, with an absolutely massive range of British and International goods to suit every taste. Why not check out our range today?
