Preparation and Usage

  • Stir well before use.
  • It is important that this product is not consumed uncooked. To cook, fry paste for 3 minutes, add chosen ingredients and simmer until cooked.
  • Ideal for creating a traditional vindaloo curry with meat, poultry, or vegetables.
  • Fry onions, ginger, and garlic, add the paste to release flavours, then add your choice of protein or vegetables.
  • Combine with chopped tomatoes and water for a rich sauce.
  • Adjust the quantity of paste to achieve your desired heat level.
