Product Description

  • Established by Shanta and L.G. Parthak in a small shop behind Euston station, Patak's has been supplying Indian pickles, sauces, spices and confectionary since the 1950s. At the milder end of the spectrum, Tandoori Marinade paste has a rich tamarind flavour and a distinctive red colour. Excellent for overnight marinading. Also available in catering-sized containers.

Best Before End: see lid. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Use within 6 weeks of opening and before the best before end date.

  • Marinade your meat for at least 4 hours, or leave overnight for a fuller flavour.
  • This product must be cooked before consumption.
