• Established by Shanta and L.G. Parthak in a small shop behind Euston station, Patak's has been supplying Indian pickles, sauces, spices and confectionary since the 1950s. The Biriyani Paste is a fragrant combination of eleven spices designed to produce an authentic medium-heat South Asian biriyani rice dish.
