Product Description

Established by Shanta and L.G. Parthak in a small shop behind Euston station, Patak's has been supplying Indian pickles, sauces, spices and confectionary since the 1950s. Patak's Rogan Josh sauce is an easy way to make your favourite curry dish at home. Tomato and onion-based with medium heat and a suitably elaborate mix of spices. Try it with lamb or aubergines.

Storage

Best Before End: see lid. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened use immediately.

Preparation and usage

Simply fry your meat or vegetables, pour over the sauce and simmer for 25 minutes.
Enjoy with rice and/or naan.
