• Raspberry jelly cubes for making your favourite wibbly wobbly desserts. Perfect for a classic trifle.

Ingredients

Glucose-Fructose Syrup, Sugar, Water, Pork Gelatine, Acid: Citric Acid, Acetic Acid, Colours: Carmine, Anthocyanins, Acidity Regulator: Sodium Citrates, Flavouring.

Storage

Store in a cool dry place.

Preparation and Usage

• For best results separate into cubes and place into a jug/bowl.
• Add 1/2 pint (285 ml) of boiling water to jelly cubes and stir until they are completely dissolved.
• Add 1/2 pint (285 ml) of cold water to mix, stir then pour into mould/serving dish.
• Allow to cool, then refrigerate to set.
• (NB: adding fresh pineapple, kiwi or papaya fruit (or vodka) may prevent jelly from setting)
