Dark chocolate from the house of Barry Callebaut supplied in 5kg bags of easy-melt pellets. The taste profile is cocoa-rich and sweet, with medium roasted and bitter flavours. Rich in cocoa (53%), it is exceptional for moulding but also ideal for creating sauces and glazes.
