Product Description

An authentic and powerful paste for making Thai green curries. You just need to add coconut milk, vegetables and/or meat. Easier than finding, storing and processing fresh lemongrass, galangal, birds eye chillies and kaffir lime leaves but with all the flavour.



Water, Garlic Purée, Sugar, Rapeseed Oil, Onion, Minced Lemongrass, Green Birds Eye Chillies (5%), Minced Galangal, Modified Maize Starch, Kaffir Lime Leaves (2.2%), Salt, Thai Basil (1.2%), Coriander Leaf (0.5%), Yeast Extract Powder, Ground Coriander, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Colour (Chlorophylls)

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened keep refrigerated and consume within 2 weeks.

Preparation and Usage

  • For an authentic Thai Green Curry for two:
  • Sizzle: Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and fry 1/4 jar paste for 2 minutes. Add 400g thinly sliced chicken breast and fry until sealed.
  • Stir: Stir in 400ml Blue Dragon Coconut Milk & your choice of veg. We like to use mangetout and mushroom.
  • Enjoy: Simmer until chicken is cooked through and serve with steamed rice.
