It is uncompromising, full-flavoured and delicious. Matured for over 15 months and named after Grandmother Ivy whose secret recipe informs Wyke Farms cheddar-making to the present day. Do you want a cheese that can take on a spicy pickled onion, a mustardy piccalilly or a feisty chutney? Look no further. A wedge of cheese like you wouldn't believe.
