Product Description

  • Trex is a dairy-free block of white vegetable fat which is the perfect alternative to butter for baking cakes, biscuits, puddings and pastries. Trex is lower in saturated fat than normal butter, is aerated for a lighter texture and, because it contains no water, you can use 20% less in any recipe (compared to the amount of butter specified). The lack of water also makes for a more consistent bake. Trex contains no hydrogenated vegetable oil, E numbers, colours or preservatives.
