• Assorted Japanese chilli peppers are combined with sesame seeds, seaweed, ginger and yuzu to make a spicy yet fragrant spice mix. Nanami Togarishi is great for sprinkling over udon noodles, flavouring steamed rice, rubbing onto grilled meats or using in a marinade or first-fix dry-rub. Adds depth of flavour to soups and salads. Essentially great.
