• We love a local fruity jam and Thomas Le Prince is a local Savoie institution, making all kinds of fruit-based products, from jams and preserves to juices and soft drinks. This raspberry jam is packed with 50% fruit for plenty of juicy raspberry flavour. Cooked in a copper cauldron, this raspberry conserve is a traditional French "extra" confiture. It is super jammy, but how do you judge when a jam becomes "extra" jammy? By the proportion of fruit (I think...) Raspberry jam is excellent for all the usual jam applications: toast, scones, victoria sponges and, contrary to many people's misconceptions, is an essential ingredient in the iconic Bakewell Tart. Jam yourself right up, I dare you.
