Su's Cuisine Tom Yam Goong Soup

Product Description

  • Su's Cuisine has attained almost legendary status is Chamonix, where they have been serving Thai, Indian and Asian-fusion foods for as long as anyone can remember. Last time I looked, Su's restaurant was #1 (out of a possible 179) in Chamonix on Tripadvisor. Even if you don't know Chamonix, that's a pretty significant statistic. Su's Cuisine is primarily famous for one reason, their absolutely spectacular food. I cannot recommend it enough. Created by the Su's Cuisine chefs and blast frozen, you simply pop each dish in the oven and it come out fresh, fragrant and (OMG) sooooo delicious. This might be the best Thai food you ever eat. Try it, you will not be disappointed.
  • Tom Yam soup (or Tom Yum soup) is generally a very hot, red, Thai soup made with prawns. The heat is only really matched by the incredibly complex flavours imparted by galangal, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, coriander and fish sauce. A magnificent and iconic Thai soup.

Prawns, prawn base, Thai chilli paste, galangal, lemongrass, onion, kaffir lime leaves, mushrooms, tomato, Thai chilli, coriander lime juice, fish sauce
