  • Su's Cuisine has attained almost legendary status is Chamonix, where they have been serving Thai, Indian and Asian-fusion foods for as long as anyone can remember. Last time I looked, Su's restaurant was #1 (out of a possible 179) in Chamonix on Tripadvisor. Even if you don't know Chamonix, that's a pretty significant statistic. Su's Cuisine is primarily famous for one reason, their absolutely spectacular food. I cannot recommend it enough. Created by the Su's Cuisine chefs and blast frozen, you simply pop each dish in the oven and it come out fresh, fragrant and (OMG) sooooo delicious. This might be the best Thai food you ever eat. Try it, you will not be disappointed.
  • Su's Thai Green Curry with mixed vegetable is fragrant with kaffir lime leaves and lemongrass, tempered by the creaminess of coconut milk.

Storage

Su's Cuisine dishes are supplied frozen. Keep frozen. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and use within 2 days.

Cooking Instructions

Oven cook (from frozen) - Remove the plastic lid. Place in an oven pre-heated (180°C) and cook for 35-45 minutes. Ensure product is piping hot before serving.

Oven cook (from defrosted) - Remove the plastic lid. Place in an oven pre-heated (180°C) and cook for 20-30 minutes. Ensure product is piping hot before serving.
