The Keralan Coconut Curry combines mild coconut-rich curry sauce with mixed herbs and spices for a delectable and harmonious dish. If you like a bit of extra clean heat, there is a red chilli included which you can incorporate when cooking. Just add fish, meat, vegetables or eggs and a dash of oil. Serves 2-3 in 10 minutes.
