• The Spice Tailor by Anjum Anand. Packs of dried spices, ready-made sauces to make fresh and authentic curries with very little fuss. Indonesian-inspired peanut satay-style sauce is a harmony of nutty textures and flavours, all balanced with spices and a little coconut cream. The flavours are heightened by the tang of tamarind and citrussy notes from lemongrass and makrut lime leaves. Each Indonesian Peanut Satay contains dried herbs and spices a pouch of flavourful spice paste, a pouch of flavourful spice paste and another with a classic satay sauce. 

• Perfect with chicken, tofu, beef, vegetables or any protein of choice.

• Coconut Cream (36%), Water, Peanuts (12%), Soy Sauce [Water, Soybeans, Wheat, Salt] Dried sugar cane juice, Dried Onion, Garlic, Ground coriander seeds, concentrated tamarind paste, dried whole spices (Red Chilli, Makrut lime leaves), Salt, Onion Powder, ground cumin seeds, chilli powder.
