This Classic Lentil Tarka Daal curry kit contains everything you need for a delicious, traditional daal (or dal, or dhal). Spice Tailor provides three sachets - one of whole spices, one with spiced tarka sauce and another of cooked lentils, which combine when cooking to create a full, authentic vegetarian meal for 2-3 people.
