• Another snack which is named erroneously after chips (see Walkers French Fries), Smiths Salt & Vinegar Chipsticks are flaky and chip-shaped, as though the chips were made with very floury (and thus inherently crumbly) potatoes. Their various crenellations, crevices and fissures do, however, allow each individual snack to carry a huge amount of salty, vinegary flavour, making them consummate flavour delivery devices. Regardless of their ephemeral and tragically-flawed structure, they are great for snacking. Just don't use them as building materials.
