Rodda's Clotted Cream
(Code: RHODCLOT)
Product Description
Sometimes called scalded, clouted, Cornish or Devonshire cream, Clotted Cream is a thick cream made by indirectly heating whole milk then cooling until clots (or clouts) form on the surface. Rodda's Clotted Cream is traditionally made in Cornwall (the home of the cream tea) and has the sweet, rich flavour that you want on the top of your scone. Our clotted cream is supplied frozen to ensure excellent longevity and the best possible taste experience. Also available in large tubs.
