Product Description

  • Perfect for a meat-free chicken katsu curry, these vegetarian chicken-style fillets are coated with a crispy, golden batter which makes them perfect for sandwiches, wraps and burgers. Because of their battered nature, they also serve as a tasty meat-free alternative to fish, when served with chips, mushy peas and tartare sauce. High in protein and fibre, these crispy fillets are made with mycoprotein, which is a sustainable and lower-carbon source of protein.

Keep frozen below -18°C. Do not refreeze once thawed

Cooking Instructions

Oven cook
Cook from frozen. Remove all packaging. Preheat oven and baking tray to 220°C / Fan 200°C / Gas 7. Cook on the middle shelf for 22 minutes. All appliances vary, these are guidelines only. Check product is piping hot before serving.
