Paxo Veggie Fillers - Spicy Mediterranean

Product Description
Paxo Veggie Fillers are a delicious blend of breadcrumb, cous cous, herbs and seasoning ideal for stuffing all kinds of vegetables to make an easy (but tasty) centrepiece to any vegan meal. The spicy mediterranean flavour is perfect for stuffing into mushrooms, courgettes, peppers, little squashes... whatever your heart desires. Medium spicy and ready in about 30 minutes.

No artificial colours or preservatives.
Preparation
Pre-heat over to 220°C (200°C fan), gas mark 7.
Empty the sachet into a bowl, adding 300ml of boiling water, mixing well.
Leave to stand for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, place 6 portobello mushrooms onto a lightly greased baking sheet.
Stuff approximately 65g of your Veggie Filler mix into each mushroom.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until piping hot.
Why not try filling other vegetables, like courgettes or bell peppers, or topping with your favourite cheese in the last few minutes?
