Paxo was invented by a butcher in Eccles, Manchester in 1901 and the company has been making super stuffings for a traditional sunday roast ever since. Shove it into a chicken, rolls it into balls or simply pour it into a baking dish. Crispy and soft, aromatic and hearty, whislt being fully suitable for coeliacs and people following low-gluten or gluten-free diets.
