Patak's Garlic & Coriander Naan


Product Description

  • Established by Shanta and L.G. Parthak in a small shop behind Euston station, Patak's has been supplying Indian pickles, sauces, spices and confectionary since the 1950s. Served in packs of two, the Garlic & Coriander Naans are a traditional tandoor-shape and take just minutes to warm up. Try brushing them with a little butter for added indulgence.



Flour [Wheat Flour, Calcium, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin], Water, Rapeseed Oil, Sugar, Yogurt Powder (Milk), Garlic Infused Rapeseed Oil, Garlic (1%), Yeast, Raising Agents (Diphosphates, Sodium Carbonates), Dried Coriander (0.7%), Salt, Preservatives (Calcium Propionate, Potassium Sorbate), Dried Parsley, Emulsifier (E472e), Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid)

For best before see front of pack. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, store in an airtight container and consume within 2 days. Suitable for home freezing.

Cooking Instructions

For oven or grill method, preheat and sprinkle naans lightly with water.

Set grill to medium. Heat for 1 min on each side

Oven cook
Set oven to Gas Mark 4 or 180°C. Heat for 4 mins

Set toaster to medium. Slice naan in half. Toast for 3 minutes 

Preparation and Usage

  • Dip scoop, tear and share with your favourite curry.
  • Try brushing with a little butter or ghee after cooking.
