Product Description

  • Established by Shanta and L.G. Parthak in a small shop behind Euston station, Patak's has been supplying Indian pickles, sauces, spices and confectionary since the 1950s. Everyone loves a Balti. Tomato-based with peppers, cumin and coriander, Balti is a medium-heat crowd-pleaser that goes great with chicken or lamb, but also non-meat options like paneer, jackfruit or vegetables.

Storage

Best Before End: see lid. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened use immediately.

  • Simply fry your meat or vegetables, pour over the sauce and simmer. All the hard work done for you: a tasty and authentic Balti curry in just 20 minutes.
  • Serve with Patak's Naans, Pappadums, Chutneys and Pickles for the complete restaurant experience.
