• Ketchup. Universally enjoyed with chips, burgers, sausages, fried egg banjoes... you name it, you can probably add ketchup to it. However, not all ketchup is tomato ketchup. Mrs Darlington's Mango, Chilli & Lime Ketchup is practically the antithesis of generic "red sauce" (it's bright yellow for a start). Tangy, fruity, sweet and spicy, this all-encompassing condiment can be used as a chutney, a sauce, a marinade, a dip or a drizzle. It's an all-rounder which improves everything from chicken skewers to gyros kebabs. Versatile and exotic.
• The Mrs Darlington's brand started in 1980 with homemade Lemon Curd. A surplus of eggs from the family farm led to Marion Darlington making a batch of lemon curd which she sold door-to-door along with her fresh eggs. Soon after the local Brownie troop were collecting jars and Marion's own daughters were labelling each batch. With such a tangy, tasty curd, demand naturally increased and soon one of the farm buildings was converted for lemon curd production. Then came a range of jams, then chutneys, then more farm buildings were required... Nowadays Mrs Darlington's has an impressive range of jams, curds, marmalades, chutneys, sauces, condiments and much more which can be found in discerning shops worldwide.

Mango (64%) sugar. onion, cider vinegar, chilli, (4.5%), garlic, modified maize starch. lime juice, (1.3%), garam masala (coriander cassia, ginger, cloves), salt, safflower extract (glycerine, glucose syrup , water, sunflower extract).
