Then, Mornflake Hawaiian is exactly the thing you need. It's full of flame raisins, banana, papaya, pineapple and coconut, so it's as authentic as a surfboard, wearing a lei, buses that say "aloha" and Hawaiian shirts as genuine uniform. Also, each 45g portion contains 33% of the recommended daily amount of beta glucans from oats, which have been shown to help lower cholesterol levels. Try soaking it overnight in your favourite milk/milk alternative (I recommend oat milk, obvs) for maximum oaty absorption.
