Ingredients
Sultanas (28%), Sugar, Fortified Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Cider (9%) Water, Humectant: Glycerine, Palm Oil, Candied Mixed Peel (Orange Peel, Glucose-Fructose Syrup, Lemon Peel, Sugar, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid)), Rum (1%), Mixed Spice, Molasses, Salt, Yeast.
Preparation and Usage
Steam: Leave in basin with film lid on. Place the basin in a steamer over boiling water and steam for 1 hour. Ensure water does not enter the pudding. Do not allow the steamer to boil dry.
Microwave: Pierce film lid, place in microwave on a microwaveable plate. Heat on full power for 3 minutes (800W). Leave to stand for 2 minutes. Heat on full power for a further 2 minutes 30 seconds (800W). Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving. Ensure pudding is piping hot. Guidelines only.
