  • Gluten-free and legally a cake (despite the misgivings of the Guardian newspaper), Lee's Snowballs are spheres of mallow with a chocolate coating, embellished with desiccated coconut sprinkles. Crisp of the outside with super-sweet and sticky marshmallow on the inside. A teatime treat, cake or not.
