At night, all cats are grey. This is probably a pun based on the idea of 'rosé gris' which is sometimes considered a type, or colour, of wine in its own right. Semantics aside, this is a very pale rosé made exclusively with grenache grapes. White peach and citrus aromas give way to smooth, freshness on the palate ultimately leading to a lingering lemon finish.
