• Knorr concentrated liquid vegetable stock. The perfect base for soups, sauces, broths, marinades and general seasoning of all manner of vegetarian and vegan recipes. Gluten-free and lactose-free, this liquid bouillon is made with concentrated vegetables for rich flavour, whilst avoiding allergens, making it perfect for many catering applications.

Vegetable broth concentrate 67% (water, carrot juice* concentrate 9%, onion juice* concentrate 1.4%, leek juice* concentrate 1.2%), salt, yeast extract, sugar, flavourings, parsnip* 1%, modified corn starch, acidifier (citric acid), thickener (xanthan gum), garlic powder*, sunflower oil. *Ingredients from sustainable agriculture: 12.7%.

Storage

Store in a cool dry place. After opening, keep in a refrigerator for a maximum of 3 months.

Preparation and Usage

• Shake well before use. Use according to taste.
• For dishes, recommended 20g per litre.
• For soups/broths, recommended 30g per litre.
