Product Description

  • Knorr concentrated liquid chicken stock. The perfect base for soups, sauces, broths, marinades and general seasoning of all manner of recipes; from Chinese chicken and sweetcorn soup to chicken chasseur. Gluten-free and lactose-free, this liquid bouillon is made with concentrated chicken stock for rich flavour, whilst avoiding allergens, making it perfect for many catering applications.

Ingredients

Concentrated chicken broth 59% (water, chicken meat extract 5.6%), salt, sugar, yeast extract, chicken fat 5%, flavourings, modified corn starch, acidifier (citric acid).

  • Gluten free. Lactose free.

Storage

Store in a cool dry place. After opening, keep in a refrigerator for a maximum of 3 months.

Preparation and Usage

  • Shake well before use. Use according to taste.
  • For dishes, recommended 20g per litre.
  • For soups/broths, recommended 30g per litre.
