• Knorr concentrated liquid beef stock. The perfect meaty base for soups, sauces, broths, marinades and general seasoning of all manner of recipes: from beef bourguignon to French onion soup. Gluten-free aad lactose-free, this liquid bouillon is made with concentrated vegtables for rich flavour, whilst avoiding allergens, making it perfect for many catering applications.

Concentrated beef flavor broth 62% (water, 3% beef extract), salt, flavourings, yeast extract, beef fat 1%, concentrated onion juice*, modified corn starch, acidifier (citric acid), thickener (xanthan gum), garlic* powder, sunflower oil, antioxidant (rosemary extracts). *Ingredients from sustainable agriculture.

Storage

Store in a cool dry place. After opening, keep in a refrigerator for a maximum of 3 months.

Preparation and Usage

• Shake well before use. Use according to taste.
• For dishes, recommended 20g per litre.
• For soups/broths, recommended 30g per litre.
