Product Description

In contrast to their famous beef jerky, Jack Links' biltong is less sweet, unsmoked, prepared with vinegar and dried at a slower rate for that authentic South African biltong flavour. However, like their jerky, it is made of 100% lean beef. It's a ready to eat, meaty snack. Ready to meat, if you will.



Beef, Spirit Vinegar, Salt, Spices (Coriander, White Pepper, Garlic, Black Pepper, Paprika, Nutmeg, Cloves, Cayenne Chilli, Chilli), Sugar, Dextrose, Preservatives (Sodium Nitrate, Potassium Sorbate), Maize Starch, Onion, Tomato, Yeast Extract, Acidity Regulators (Sodium Diacetate, Citric Acid), Smoke Flavouring, Spice Extracts (Paprika, Garlic).
