Goodfella's Deep Pan Cheese Pizza

• In ancient Greek mythology, ambrosia was the food of the gods. Presumably, when the Romans became the dominant Mediterranean power and appropriated much of the Greek dogma, the food of the gods became pizza and has remained so ever since. This Goodfella's classic takeaway-style cheese pizza (or margherita) is topped with mozzarella and two types of cheddar. Great for self-confessed cheese-monkeys.
