• Sometimes you just want some hearty Udon noodles. A traditional Japanese comfort food, Udon are thick wheat-flour noodles which can be served in a soup (kake udon), or in a stir fry (yaki udon).

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place.

Preparation

Fry one package of udon noodles with a teaspoon of oil. Add sauce (soy, oyster, etc) to taste. Try with your favourite stir fried meat and vegetables or add to your favourite soup.
