Fray Bentos Steak & Kidney Pie
Fray Bentos was named after a town in Uruguay which was once considered "the kitchen of the world." Nowadays their famous tinned pies are produced in Scotland. Steak and kidney may be their most iconic pie, but Fray Bentos pies come in a variety of flavours, with each one boasting an incredible puff pastry top. Easy to cook and even easier to store, once you have removed the top of the tin (using a can-opener), you can simply put the pie in the oven, wait and eat. Uncomplicated and tasty, the hallmarks of a good pie.
