• What can one say about sliced green jalapeno peppers in brine? Firstly they are a staple of Mexican and Texan cuisine, not to mention the original American hybrid, Tex-Mex. Secondly, they are the perfect accompaniment to endless international dishes, from curries to chillies, wraps to roasts, pizzas to panini. Thridly, they add satisfying (but not extreme) heat and depth of flavour, with very little effort. These big tins of jalapenos are ideal for catering applications. However, they can be decanted, frozen, stored in smaller containers and shared with friends, if you don't need quite that quantity right now!

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, removed from can and store in a non-metallic container in a refrigerator for a maximum of 15 days.
