Product DescriptionPerfectly milled, organic, strong white flour made from 'hard' varieties of wheat which are high in gluten. This makes it ideal for making traditional bread loaves, rolls and sourdoughs where the dough needs repeated kneading and proving stages to properly rise, expand and ultimately produce a light loaf.
