Chocolate brownies may not have the wow factor of some desserts, but it is difficult to find anyone who doesn't like a soft-baked brownie (perhaps with a cup of tea or hot chocolate). This gluten-free brownie mix is easy to use and makes a tasty treat for any time of day. Just add milk and butter for 12 to 16 brownies (or one massive one).

Sugar, flour blend (rice, potato, tapioca, maize, buckwheat), chocolate chips 11% (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter), cocoa powder 6%, raising agents (mono-calcium phosphate and sodium bicarbonate), corn starch. Chocolate chips contain 55% cocoa solids minimum.
