  • Colman's have been making mustard, condiments and sauces since 1814. Just add 300ml of semi-skimmed milk to this easy white sauce mix for instant access to a world of macaroni cheese, lasagne, fish pies and any number of other classic dishes. Expect a hint of nutmeg. Just a hint.

Preparation and Usage

  • Mix the Colman's sauce mix with milk in a pan and bring to the boil, stirring continuously. Simmer for 2 mins for a great tasting sauce.
