Cock Massaman Thai Curry Paste

(Code: COQMASS)

Product Description

  • Massaman (or matsaman) curry is a rich, lightly spicy Thai curry with a truly international heritage. Persia, the Indian subcontinent and Thailand combine to bring you a curry that was apparently voted the world's most delicious dish in 2011 by CNNG (no, we don't know who they are either). Obscure awards aside, Massaman curry is generally served with potato, onion and roasted peanuts to make a hearty and moreish curry. Generally made with chicken, variations with beef, duck venison, mutton and goat proliferate. Pork versions are rare, but the you can easily make a vegan version by adding tofu or vegetables. Super delicious. We recommend this strongly.
