• Clark's is a maple-flavoured blend of fruit syrups and maple syrup. Maple sap is boiled to created a thick, sweet, delicately-flavoured maple syrup that is then added to carob fruit syrup. Perfect in porridge, phenomenal on pancakes, brilliant on bacon, gorgeous on gammon, super on sponge cakes, incredible on ice cream, cracking in coffee... you get the idea.
