• Coming straight out of the Brasserie Petit Saint Bernard in the heart of the Tarentaise region, this NZ pale ale reflects the antipodean roots of PSB's master brewer. Harnessing the unique hops of New Zealand and embellished by the addition of malted rye for a smooth silkiness (and a bit of southern-hemisphere spice), Sunny Side Up delivers well-balanced hoppy bitterness with every mouthful. Citrus and tropical fruits dance on the palate, with a mellow white grape, bittersweet finish.
