• Coming straight out of the Brasserie Petit Saint Bernard in the heart of the Tarentaise region, this is a selection of Brasserie PSB's most popular brews. Perfect for the ale connoisseur, or simply someone who likes an interesting beer at mealtimes, this veritable 'variety' pack is an adult pick and mix of locally-produced, distinctively Savoyarde beers.
• Bouquetin IPA is a magical balance of maltiness and sweetness, with the citrus aromas in every drop finishing up with a crisp, but not too overbearing, bitterness. This fine brew wouldn't be the same without a huge amount of Citra dry-hopping just after primary fermentation. Named after the practically-magical mighty wanderer of the high glacial alps, this beautiful artisinale Bouquetin beer is worth savouring. Every. Last. Drop.
• Free Rider is a classic, Bohemian-style pilsner lager, with a few distinctive Savoyarde flourishes. Made from traditional Pilsner malts, plenty of Saaz hops and German lager yeast, this crisp, cold brew is fermented for up to two months at low temperatures (in the time-honoured lager fashion). Refreshing and easy to drink. Perfect after a long day on the slopes.
• Sunny Side Up is a NZ pale ale reflecting the antipodean roots of PSB's master brewer. Harnessing the unique hops of New Zealand and embellished by the addition of malted rye for a smooth silkiness (and a bit of southern-hemisphere spice), Sunny Side Up delivers well-balanced hoppy bitterness with every mouthful. Citrus and tropical fruits dance on the palate, with a mellow white grape, bittersweet finish.
• Finally, Weissberg is a German- and Belgian-inspired Hefeweizen; a cloudy wheat beer featuring light spiciness and fruity sweetness. Just the sort of thing you'd get in a Bavarian bierkeller but made (and primarily enjoyed) in the mountains.
