• Bonne Maman blueberry jam, or confiture extra de myrtilles. In the UK it is sometimes called a conserve and, for some reason, it is also known as "extra" jam. It is super jammy, but how do you judge when a jam becomes "extra" jammy? Made from selected berries, Bonne Maman blueberry jam is excellent for all the usual jam applications: toast, croissants, scones, etc... It's great as an addition to yoghurt and can be indispensible for a number of bakes, especially blueberry tarts and even (whisper it) blueberry muffins...
