Preparation

• Heat. Get your pan hot, add a little vegetable oil.
• Sizzle. Fry your meat until sealed, reduce heat to medium, add paste and cook for a minute.
• Stir. Add coconut milk and bring to the boil. Add vegetables and simmer for about 10 minutes.
• Enjoy. Serve with steamed rice.
