Ripe sesame seeds are toasted and pressed to extract the oil for this 100% pure Sesame Oil. Sesame Oil imparts a nutty aroma and flavour and is ideal for stir fries and dressings. Best used at the end of cooking, to add an unadulterated sesame flavour. Trading Post Tip: you may enjoy saying "open sesame" when you first unscrew the bottle lid.
