• The Blue Dragon Pad Thai kit features three pouches: one of Pad Thai paste, one of noodles and one of crushed peanuts. When combined during the cooking process they create a delicious and authentic pad thai meal for two people. Blue Dragon recommend supplementing the pad thai with prawns and egg, but you can add any protein you like. Or not.

Rice noodles (47%) [Rice, Tapioca starch], Pad Thai Paste (45%) [Sugar, Soybean Oil, Shallot (6%), Tamarind Paste (5%) [Tamarind, Water], Tomato Paste, Distilled Vinegar, Salt, Garlic (2%), Colour (Paprika Extract), Antioxidant (Tocopherol-rich extract), Flavour (Chilli Extract)], Crushed Peanuts (8%)

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened refrigerate and consume within 3 days.

Preparation and usage

• Heat: Add the noodles to a pan of boiling water and cook for 5 minutes, rinse in cold water, drain and set aside.
• Sizzle: Fry 200g of prawns for 2 minutes then add an egg to the pan and quickly stir until it looks scrambled.
• Stir: Add the noodles and Pad Thai paste then stir fry for 2 minutes. Stir through most of the peanuts and remaining ingredients then serve with a sprinkle of peanuts.
